- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This call center is a joke, first I spent twenty minutes trying to get someone to answer and then the lady that answered sounded like I had interrupted her. No one wants an attitude when their baby has gotten into something. Worst center ever, but doesn't surprise me since Galveston and Houston are one big ghetto cesspool of the worst kind of people. No wonder they rate so high on worst places to live. Thank god I still have a phone with a central Texas phone number so I can call from that phone and get someone that won't act like it's a chore to answer a worried parent.
