  West Isle Urgent Care has provided excellent medical care for members of our boat crew and several of our office employees for several years because of their qualified and knowledgeable medical and office staff of professionals. Their doctors and medical staff have always provided the highest quality medical care, diagnosis and treatment to our employees, while doing so with a caring and compassionate attitude. They also handle our required DOT/USCG drug testing for pre-employment and random quarterly testing, following the explicit guidelines with objectivity and discretion. Front office staff is always amazing, responsive and friendly. As the office manager of Harbor Offshore Marine, I would highly recommend West Isle Urgent care to any business and especially to individuals whether they are an island resident or visitor. Location is convenient and clean. Service is prompt but at times (because they are one of the best urgent care facilities on a busy tourist island) they can be busy for walk in business - they will triage and prioritize cases quickly and treat emergencies first - you can be assured the treatment you receive is well worth any short wait you may have. It's the number one urgent care clinic in our book!
