  Staff was irritated with me bringing my cat in right before closing. Online it said they closed later than they actually do apparently. Ok. I asked for help getting him inside, and they wouldn't help. (Although a sign is in the parking lot saying they will help bring your animal in). They said the only way they would treat him was if I brought him in myself within 5 minutes. Seems as if they had an attitude with me for not knowing my kitty had an infection/fever. How was I supposed to know this though? Obviously the reason why I'm bringing him in is because I don't know what's wrong with him. I'm thankful that they were able to treat him last minute, but I feel like they could have a little more hospitality. I understand you are tired, and ready to go home at 12pm. The attitudes weren't necessary. Definitely will not be bringing my cat back to this clinic.

  Long time happy staffers who take time to get to know your animal. Medical care was always spot on. I used mainly for boarding service which was personalized and reasonably priced.
